Abstract

Abstrak


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem informasi terhadap efektifitas Pelayanan Publik pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi lapangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai/petugas, masyarakat pengguna layanan dan kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberadaan sistem informasi memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kualitas layanan publik. Menggunakan sistem informasi menjadikan pelayanan publik yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract


 This study aims to analyze the effect of information systems on the effectiveness of Public Services at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Lima Puluh Kota District. This research method using field observation method. The population in this study were employees / officers, community service users and the head of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The results of this research can be concluded that the existence of information systems has a great influence on the quality of public services. Using information systems makes public services more effective and efficient.
